Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction through transparent service and product quality.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not accepted unless some major issue.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds are eligible only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof at vippotech2019@gmail.com.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories. Customer bears return shipping cost unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or physically damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.
