2. Product Information and Technical Disclaimer

All lithium batteries, LiFePO4 cells, and BMS systems offered by VIPPO TECH are tested and verified to meet quality standards. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on vippotech.net are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but may vary slightly due to continuous design improvements or manufacturing updates.

Safety Notice: Lithium batteries and BMS units must be used by qualified individuals or under professional supervision. Misuse, short-circuiting, overcharging, or mechanical damage may lead to serious hazards including fire or explosion. VIPPO TECH will not be liable for damages caused by incorrect usage, installation, or handling.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Prices shown on vippotech.net are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after full payment through our secure online gateway.

In the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment processing issues, VIPPO TECH reserves the right to cancel or modify an order and issue a full refund to the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping destination and courier availability. Estimated delivery time within India is 4–7 working days. VIPPO TECH uses verified logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of all lithium battery and energy storage products.

5. Warranty Terms

Selected Lithium Batteries, LiFePO4 Packs, and BMS Units include a limited seller or manufacturer warranty, clearly mentioned on each product page. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from improper charging, over-discharge, reverse polarity, short-circuiting, or physical impact.

Warranty claims must be submitted via email to vippotech2019@gmail.com with invoice details and supporting images/videos. Upon inspection, eligible claims will be processed as per the warranty policy.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours if dispatch has not occurred. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds for valid returns are processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.

Used, physically damaged, or tampered items are not eligible for returns. VIPPO TECH reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

7. Product Liability and Safety Compliance

All VIPPO TECH (Vippotech) lithium batteries and BMS systems comply with relevant BIS, IEC, and UN38.3 safety standards where applicable. Customers must ensure proper installation, environmental protection, and compliance with local electrical norms for any lithium battery setup or solar integration.

VIPPO TECH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from battery misuse, third-party installation, or failure to follow product guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, product images, descriptions, logos, videos, and brand materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of VIPPO TECH. Reproduction, redistribution, or imitation of any content without written consent is prohibited under applicable copyright law.
